A check mailed to PlayWrite at P.O. Box 13420, Portland OR 97213 provides the opportunity for youth
- to trust the value of their own emotional experience;
- to work collaboratively with their peers, coaches and actors toward creating a unique work of art;
- to experience in a tangible and positive way their impact on a broader community.

The Maybelle Clark Macdonald Fund has awarded us an exciting challenge grant. To help PlayWrite build community support, Mrs. Macdonald and the trustees will match the $1,000 annual gift of every individual member of our Underwriter’s Circle. - $1,000 takes a young writer through an entire workshop
- $500 provides a coach for a young writer
- $250 pays for the supplies and printing costs of a full workshop
- $100 covers the full cost of an actor’s rehearsal and performance of student plays
