Drew

Featured Student Graduate

Drew attended a PlayWrite Workshop in 2006 and continues to support PlayWrite events. He’s a rap singer, who often touches on important issues like Domestic Violence in his music. He’s in his second year at Portland Community College and having a great time. He says PlayWrite inspired him in his songs today.  “When you’re younger you don’t think about why you feel the way you feel. You’re just angry, you don’t think about why. Having to stop and think about why is so powerful.”
